I take that mess of work and organize it for you and your brain, so you can do the work you love and not feel constantly behind.

When you’re always feeling like you’re catching up, like working as an artist is chaotic, and shit just can’t stay together, it’s difficult to move forward intentionally with anything.

I want to help you find what is most important to you and your business, and make impactful progress.

We have limited time here to make dreams happen, when you partner up it becomes easy to go the distance and reach those dreams.

My approach to Online Business Management

  • Keep our focus sharp on what is important to you by coming back to the context of your lifelong goals and vision

  • Break down each project and deeply consider what is important, what is the smoothest route, then execute with relentless obsession with quality

  • Show up with curiosity for playful collaboration

  • See the muddy and crunchy places that need to be cleared up, and wade through them to make something beautiful and effective in their place

  • Keep tech systems to a minimum, using technology in a light way that isn’t overwhelming

  • Design and refine workflows, processes, and automations to make our work clear, easy, and consistent

What I will NOT do

  • Judge your current operations

  • Make you overhaul every single thing in your business

  • Ignore what is and isn’t working for you

  • Need you to hold my hand through every little thing

  • Waste our time by not being prepared for meetings

  • Engage in endless emails

  • Hydroplane over the details with rushed, frenetic work

  • Cut corners or be a constant firefighter

  • Overpromise - I keep a strict quota of projects in process

I excel at operations cleanup, project management, and design. We’ll look at zones of chaos and develop actionable plans to get those in working order.

As soon as we start, I’ll add you to an organized hub on ClickUp, or your project management software of choice.

We’ll keep it extremely simple.

We’ll develop evolving systems to ensure everything we discuss is attended to in a way that makes sense for both of us.
